JG Afrika was appointed to undertake the geotechnical investigation and site supervision of earthworks and laboratories for the construction of a new 120 km railway line for Tonkolili iron-ore mine.
We undertook the centre-line survey for the line, including materials investigations and assessments of high cuts and fills.
JG Afrika also supervised the earthworks contractors during the construction programme.
