We were involved in the raw water quality and quantity investigations, preliminary and detailed design for a 2Ml/day water-treatment works to supply potable water to communities at the foothills of the northern Drakensberg Mountains.

The scope of work included the bulk-supply pump stations and rising mains, reticulation planning and designs, as well as site supervision and contract administration.

Water is supplied to the Zwelisha, Moyeni and Dukuza communities via a set of pump stations and two reservoirs and the reticulation network comprises approximately 177 km of pipeline and 280 communal standpipes.
