BULK INFRASTRUCTURE FOR HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS IN JAMESTOWN

Bulk infrastructure was needed by Stellenbosch Municipality to meet development requirements for low- and medium-cost housing for Jamestown.

JG Afrika was appointed to undertake the detailed design for bulk infrastructure in Jamestown, as well as to provide construction supervision services.

The proposed infrastructure comprised a new potable water pipeline, a 5 Ml water reservoir, a booster pump station, two sewer pump stations and a rising main, as well as various water and sewer network additions and improvements.
